The room was spotless and large with an electric kettle. the bathroom had everything I needed. It was nice to have coffee/tea making machines and a refrigerator. Every staff member was lovely and friendly.

that was exceptionally comfortable and incredibly beautiful hotel set in shopping area, just next door to a beautiful garden, the train station, and stresa. we asked for an immaculately clean and cozy room with a fridge and electric kettle, for instance and got one. the venue's position was central.
